Today, Cedar Point released photos on the construction site of their new roller coaster, Sirens Curse, on social media.

Roller Coaster Stats –

Name: Sirens Curse

Manufacturer: Vekoma

Model: Tilt Coaster

Length: 2,965.9 ft

Height: 160.0 ft

Speed: 58.4 mph

The first pieces of track have been installed at Cedar Point for what should be the park’s 17th roller coaster (if Top Thrill 2 doesn’t open first).

At opening, Sirens Curse will be the tallest, fastest, and longest tilt coaster in North America.  Originally, this ride was supposed to be at Six Flags Mexico; however, due to permitting issues, the attraction was moved.

We still do not know when this attraction will be opening at Cedar Point, but we will be sure to update when we find out.
