Universal is almost less than a month away from opening Universal Epic Universe at the Universal Orlando Resort in Florida. Last night, we at RideRover had the pleasure of being some of the first to experience a preview of “The Cosmos Fountain Show” in the park.
What is The Cosmos Fountain Show at Universal Epic Universe?
The Cosmos Fountain Show Preview we experienced last night is likely not the full nighttime spectacular. Think of this as the Beacon of Magic shows on Spaceship Earth at Epcot but with water. All of the segments of the show are likely to be split up and played throughout the night in Celestial Park.
Not much information on what the show is going to be, just that we got to be the first to experience it. The show included segments of Super Mario Brothers, How to Train Your Dragon, and other Super Nintendo themes. Notably, they did not include a Dark Universe segment.
It is also interesting to notice that the rest of the fountains in Celestial Park (the ones near Constellation Carousel) were also moving in time with the music. We were sadly unable to get footage of those, but did see them going as well.
Universal Media crews were out last night filming with the live audience there to see it.
